About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admissions Intern to join our Admissions team for a full-time, 2-3 month internship starting as soon as possible. In this role, you will be the face of Mesa for prospective students, guiding them through their journey and helping them make informed decisions about their careers.

What You Will Do

1. Student Counseling & Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students throughout the admissions process.

• Conduct high-volume counseling calls to understand student goals, aspirations, and program fit.

• Provide clear and accurate information about programs, curriculum, and career outcomes.

• 2. Admissions Process Management

• Guide applicants through the complete journey, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high levels of engagement with potential candidates.

• Support candidates with application submissions, documentation, and interview scheduling.

• 3. Relationship Building & Operations

• Build strong relationships with prospective students and address their concerns to aid decision-making.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress within the admissions pipeline.

• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience.

• Work towards achieving specific engagement and enrollment targets.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and fluent communication skills.

• Persistence: Comfortable with a high volume of daily calls and consistent follow-ups.

• Drive: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and driven by hitting targets.

• Experience: Prior experience in student leadership, college fests, or sales/counseling is a plus.
