Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help turn data into actionable insights that drive product and business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, and uncover opportunities that improve performance and user experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and communicating insights in a clear and impactful way.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources

• Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making

• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams

• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

• Support A/B testing, forecasting, and performance analysis

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

• Proficiency in Excel and/or Python (Pandas, NumPy)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with statistical analysis and experimentation

• Familiarity with data pipelines or ETL processes

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and frameworks

• Exposure to product analytics (e.g., user behavior, funnels, retention)
