Scaler School of Technology is looking for an Associate Program Manager – Academic Operations to join our team in Electronic City, Bangalore (On-site).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-ownership, execution-heavy work and thrives on building processes and managing multiple stakeholders.

You’ll own key academic operations across:

Teaching Assistant & student mentorship programs
Parent communication and engagement
Examinations and academic integrity
SOPs, process improvement and automation
Stakeholder management across students, instructors, TAs, mentors and campus teams

What we're looking for:

2–4 years of experience in program management / operations
Strong execution and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in ed-tech, higher education, startups or new-age internet companies is preferred
