We're hiring a Social Media Manager & Content Producer as part of the Marketing and Community team at Blume. Content is central to how we build Blume's brand as India's most founder-friendly VC firm, and this role is where that content actually reaches people. You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing & Community to decide what we say, where we say it, and how we say it on each platform. You'll also produce content hands-on: sitting in on shoots, shaping the edit, and building new formats like podcasts and video series from scratch. It's a good fit for someone who can hold a strategy conversation, has taste, and also speak up on set when something isn't working.

Here is the full JD: https://bit.ly/BlumeSocialMediaContent The form will remain open until September 30th, 2026, at which point we will close it temporarily to review the first set of responses. Given that we are a lean team, we will reach out first to candidates who we would like to speak with. If you don't hear from us, your experience may not be a fit for what we're looking for at the moment.

We're looking for a younger team member in this role to pick up along the job and growth with us as we scale the function. This is a "start-of-career" role so folks with more experience will not hear back from us! 2-3 years of work ex is a sweet spot. Please do keep this in mind - we're grateful for your interest, but we're clear on who we are looking for.

The compensation range for this role starts at INR 10 Lacs + variable + benefits, and will be finalised based on the successful candidate's experience and relevant skillsets.

We recognise the use of AI tools in drafting and submitting responses in job applications. However, they aren't a substitute for actual competence, and we urge you to not rely extensively when sharing responses to the questions in the form. We will double-click on your responses if you make it to one of the final interview rounds, so please be ready to backup your responses shared here!
