About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to build and run the operating engine of our
early-stage incubator — from the ground up. The incubator runs year-round in 90-day sprints, each cohort of 30-40 startups moving through four tracks (Consumer, AI/Deep Tech, Services, and more) — so you'll be running this playbook multiple times a year, sharpening it with every cycle, and making it sharper and more scalable each time.
You'll work hand-in-hand with a roster of sharp Principal Mentors — ex-founders and operators— sourcing the right ones, matching them to the right startups, and making sure that pairing actually produces results. If you like the idea of designing an incubation program from scratch and watching founders ship because of the system you built, this is that role.
What You'll Do
Build the mentor bench. Find and sign on solid Principal Mentors — ex-founders and domain operators — and match the right ones to the right startups and tracks.
Design the architecture. Work with those mentors to build detailed, week-by-week plans for each 90-day sprint, per track — from customer discovery to MVP to first sale.
Enforce accountability. Run weekly check-ins with all 30-40 teams in a cohort, track progress against mentor-set goals, and hold teams to their action items.
Manage the room. Be the connective tissue between mentors and founders — relay what's not working back to mentors, push mentors to set sharper goals, and negotiate mentor contracts and fees.
Course-correct in real time. Spot when a sprint's plan isn't working and fix it on the fly — without waiting for someone else to notice.
Run it again, better. Carry learnings from each 90-day sprint into the next cohort — this is a repeating engine, not a one-off program.
Who You Are
We're open to two backgrounds:
The Education Architect — you've built and run structured programs (ed-tech, mentorship orgs, fellowships) with a sharp focus on outcomes, not just activity.
The Startup Operator — you've solved zero-to-one problems inside an early-stage startup, in a program/project/ops role, and built process from scratch in chaos.
Either way, you have:
First-principles thinking — you diagnose root causes with founders and mentors, not just symptoms.
Outcome obsession — you care about teams hitting real numbers (sales, validate value props), not ticking boxes.
Assertive communication — you hold people accountable without being abrasive, and you can negotiate.
High learning velocity — you're genuinely excited to go deep on 30-40 different businesses in parallel, fast.
4-6 years of relevant experience with clear leadership potential.
