We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards that help teams identify trends, improve performance, and achieve business objectives.
Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Work with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis.
Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience working with data analysis and reporting.
Strong SQL skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
Experience working with large datasets and databases.
Familiarity with ETL/data transformation processes.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure.
Understanding of business intelligence and KPI reporting.
