airTENO + eQoorja · Remote (India) · Full-time
100% remote — work from wherever you're productive.
100% async — no fixed working hours. We care about response times and outcomes, not seat time.
Everyone owns their tasks — no micromanagement. You're trusted to run your part of the funnel.
Small team, massive ownership — what you do here visibly moves the business, and you're accountable for it.
Industry-competent, performance-linked pay — we pay well for people who deliver, and comp scales with results.
You'll run sales and service coordination for two Afferent brands at once:
airTENO — a home air purification system built for Indian cities, bringing indoor AQI below 50 when outdoor AQI is 250+. airteno.com aimed at helping families living in apartments, independent floors, bungalows and small office owners.
eQoorja — electric bulk cooking with zero LPG dependence. eqoorja.com meant for catering kitchens serving more than 200 meals/day
Sales Coordination
Our demand comes from digital marketing, network selling, and cold calling on specific segments. When someone (or their family) starts struggling after the onset of pollution, they want airTENO — a solution that actually works. When someone is tired of unpredictable LPG costs, they want eQoorja — a way to cut it out entirely.
You'll talk to these people, understand what they're struggling with, and qualify them for the tech and sales teams — turning interest into a real, informed conversation with the right person on our side.
Service Coordination
Our service quality depends on more than the system itself — it depends on watching each customer's AQI data every day. We decide when to service a customer based on the real-time air quality sensor installed in their home. If you enjoy working with data, this is where you can add real value beyond coordination.
9:00 – 10:00 am — Stand-up with sales and service to set the day's priorities.
10:00 am – 12:30 pm — Service calls/WhatsApp to coordinate visits; work the WhatsApp CRM lead conversations, aiming for a response within 30 minutes on every thread. Bonus points for using AI or tooling to help you get there.
12:30 – 3:00 pm — Sales campaigns.
Since we're async, this is illustrative, not a fixed schedule — what matters is that these things happen consistently, every day.
Signals that make us move fast on a candidate
Pursuing or graduated; any prior tech or data work is a strong plus.
Loves to organize — genuinely enjoys structure and follow-through.
Has built a personal tracker or spreadsheet system, unprompted, because it made their life easier.
Comfortable with ambiguity, and comfortable naming it — e.g. "I don't have enough data to confirm a customer insight yet."
Has a knack for understanding what a customer actually needs, not just what they say.
Nice to have
Familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
Background in business, data, or economics.
Experience working remotely and async, with a habit of documenting as you go.
Not just a "coordinator" role — you're actively driving customer satisfaction and sales closure, not just logging tickets.
Not a passive role — if you need reminders to check the demand funnel or start your work, this won't be a fit.
Not a usual 8-hour job — the expectation is intensity during the hours you work, not presence for its own sake.
The form below is the first stage. It's an extremely detailed form, by design — we're only looking at serious applicants.
Section 1: 14 questions to get to know you (~30 mins)
Section 2: Understanding your fitment for the role (~30 mins)
Section 3: Your details (5 mins)
The form will take about an hour to finish — please plan accordingly.
Last date to apply: 30th July 2026
If you're selected, you'll hear from us by 10th August 2026
Since we're a small team, it won't be possible for us to inform you if you don't get selected — sorry in advance!
Excited to go through your application in detail :)
