Rapido is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Operations Intern to join our team in Kochi!

💼 What You’ll Do

Assist customers with bookings, queries, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and smooth operations.
Monitor and manage booking point operations.
Handle OTP verification for ride authentication.
Act as a bridge between customers and drivers.
Maintain daily operational records and feedback.
Support process improvements and ensure adherence to operational standards.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle on-ground challenges.
Comfortable using mobile applications and basic technology.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
