Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Associate to drive growth across marketing, product, and content-led initiatives. You’ll work on campaigns, experiments, and GTM strategies to build a scalable growth engine.
What You’ll Do
Run A/B tests & growth experiments
Analyze performance using GA, Mixpanel, dashboards
Work with content/design on conversion-driven campaigns
Manage the growth funnel (acquisition → retention)
Collaborate across Product, Marketing & RevOps
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years in Growth / Strategy / Program roles
Strong in growth hacking & user acquisition
Data-driven mindset - Startup / fast-paced experience preferred
