What this role is about?

This role focuses on tech hiring and talent acquisition.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and coordinating with strong technical talent while ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly end-to-end. The goal is to build a reliable pipeline of engineers, AI builders, and technical operators as the team grows.

This is a hands-on role where speed, structure, and communication matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Talent Sourcing
• Source candidates for technical roles across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and communities
• Identify engineers, developers, and AI talent through targeted searches
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates

Screening & Coordination
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams

Candidate Experience
• Maintain clear and professional communication with applicants
• Manage follow-ups, feedback, and interview scheduling
• Ensure a positive and structured candidate experience

Hiring Operations
• Maintain candidate trackers and hiring documentation
• Keep records of interviews, feedback, and hiring stages updated
• Support offer rollouts and onboarding coordination when required

Must-have skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in tech hiring or technical recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and hiring platforms
• Good understanding of technical roles such as developers, engineers, and AI/ML roles
• Organized approach to tracking candidates and hiring progress
