We're a small team of five, founded by IIT Bombay alumni with strong backgrounds in tech and life sciences consulting (Bain & Co., Goldman Sachs, Samsung R&D). Our mission is to accelerate medical breakthroughs by building AI products that simplify drug development and give R&D teams better insights for their portfolio decisions.
This is a full-stack role which requires a strong foundation in Python and Typescript.
You'll be working closely with Mukesh Pareek.
You'll work from our office in Bangalore.
We do a 2 week paid trial if you are shortlisted so that you can experience how it's like working with us (and so can we!) before taking the leap.
You should have shipped at least 3 React/Next projects, with at least one of them having crossed 500 users. This means you'll probably have at least an year of full-time experience.
You should have shipped consistently. We have a strong bias for people who think less and ship more.
You should have a very high attention-to-detail. Development becomes extremely slow if others constantly find misses in your code.
While not mandatory, we like working with engineers who are entrepreneurial and have a strong point-of-view on design and product. If you are a indie-hacker or founder/solo-engineer, we can't wait to hear from you.
