Build and run Earthful's creator partnerships end to end — sourcing talent, negotiating with agencies, briefing reels, and tracking what actually drives conversions. Direct access to founders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Talent & agency outreach — Identify, pitch, and onboard creators from micro to celebrity tier. Manage agency relationships with Collective Artists, OML, Monk Entertainment, Kwan, and similar.
End-to-end execution — Own the full cycle: brief → negotiation → contract → content review → publishing → performance debrief.
Creative briefing — Write tight creative briefs. Review reels before they go live. Push back when the hook or integration is off.
Performance tracking — Track reach, saves, conversions, and CAC contribution. Report what works; cut what doesn't.
Compliance — Ensure all content meets FSSAI advertising guidelines for health claims. Non-negotiable.
Budget — Own the influencer budget, negotiate value, and report ROI to leadership monthly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2-4 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management — D2C brand or creator agency preferred.
Active agency relationships and solid knowledge of the macro-to-celebrity influencer landscape in India.
You've briefed, reviewed, and approved reels — and have strong opinions on what makes a hook land.
Can negotiate contracts, usage rights, and deliverable timelines without handholding.
You care about conversions and CAC, not just reach and views.
Familiarity with FSSAI health claims advertising rules is a strong plus.
Qoruz, Winkl, or similar platforms — helpful but not required.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
You can name 2–3 agency contacts right now without opening your phone.
You've pushed back on a creator over brief quality — and got them to redo it.
You know the difference between a reel that gets views and one that actually converts.
You're comfortable with direct founder access and a fast, low-process environment.
