Tech & Automation Fellowship

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven tech person who can own our automation and development stack end-to-end. This isn't a traditional "software engineer sits in a corner and codes" role — you'll work directly with the founding team, understand business problems firsthand, and build systems that make the entire firm faster and smarter.

What you'll work on:

— Workflow automation (n8n, API integrations, email/WhatsApp pipelines)

— Internal tools and dashboards (Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL)

— AI-powered features (LLM APIs, document processing, intelligent classification)

— Data infrastructure (CRM systems, deal flow management, analytics)

Who this is for:

Someone who's curious, moves fast, thinks in systems, and doesn't need to be told what to do twice. Prior experience at a startup or in a small-team environment is a strong plus. You don't need a fancy degree — we care about what you've built and how you think.
