About the role

Design and deliver reliable AI systems powered by LLMs for real production use cases.
Build applications using agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling, and strong prompt design.
Own meaningful technical workstreams and make practical engineering decisions in ambiguous problem spaces.
Work directly with client engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver production-ready outcomes.
Contribute to systems that are maintainable, testable, and grounded in sound software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Build and improve LLM-powered applications with a focus on reliability, performance, and usability.
Design workflows that combine prompting, retrieval, tools, and orchestration in a robust way.
Implement evaluation approaches to measure answer quality, system behavior, and production readiness.
Work across cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks where needed.
Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and data sources in real-world environments.

Requirements

2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, applied AI, machine learning, or related roles.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience shipping production applications.
Practical experience working with Large Language Models in production environments.
Hands-on depth in agentic workflows, RAG, tool-calling, prompt engineering, and evaluation strategies.
Production experience with Azure, AWS, or Databricks.
Exposure to enterprise systems of record such as SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment such as banking, MedTech, CPG, or industrial technology is preferred.
