1. Create high-quality animations and motion graphics with strong design aesthetics.
2. Develop engaging explainer videos (especially infotainment) and social-first content. 3. Build narratives through motion that combine creativity with clear storytelling.
Requirements
● Proven expertise in explainer animations, mix-media styles, and long-form social content.
● Ability to deliver end-to-end motion projects with high creative standards.
Traits We’re Looking For
● Leadership mindset with the ability to own projects from concept to delivery.
● Experience in leading a project and setting up motion design workflows.
Bonus Points If
● You’re skilled at music selection and sound design/SFX.
