We’re building Q (askQ.co) - an AI health assistant that's always accessible, personalized, and continuous, with experienced doctors in the loop.
We're 2x founders who have previously built and exited a YC-backed AI data company. We are well-funded by some of India’s top unicorn founders and VCs.
Doctor visits in India are inconvenient, episodic and generic. We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to own the complete experience to build the most trusted healthcare UX in India.

The goal is to make Q interactive, personal and human.
⚗️ Strong product instincts
You can take an ambiguous problem, figure out what matters, and turn it into a simple intuitive product experience.
🦾 Comfortable designing with AI
You understand that AI products aren’t a set of predictable screens and flows. You’re curious about how models work, comfortable with tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex, and excited to build working prototypes rather than only static mockups.
🖌️ High bar for craft
You have strong interaction and visual design skills, care about the details, and can explain why something should work a certain way.
Experience with conversational, voice or AI products is a big plus. Healthcare experience is useful, but not required.

You'll own the end to end patient experience. We want to make the whole product feel really good, and unlike a conventional medical app. You’ll think through the journey from the first interaction to follow-ups, across app, voice and WhatsApp.
Design the entire experience, from flows and interactions to voice and the little details that make Q feel simple, personal and human.
Make ideas tangible quickly. Make quick prototypes, mocks and working experiments to explore what’s possible, rather than waiting for everything to be perfectly defined.

Work directly with founders who have previously built and exited a YC-backed company.
Build the health assistant you’d want for your parents, partner and kids.
Extreme autonomy from day one.
Rethink what an agentic product can feel like, without being limited by existing apps, screens or conventions.
Work with engineers, AI researchers and doctors in a multidisciplinary team.
