Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Consultant with prior Consulting experience, to join our Product and Solutions Team at Creditas. As a Solutions Consultant you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our product offerings, leveraging your diverse skill set to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your Solution Consulting experience to clearly understand customer pain points, requirements, and workflows and provide solutions using existing or devise new products.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our product offerings.
Lead the research, design, development and deployment of solutioning for clients working Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to implement projects effectively.
Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating capabilities, benefits, and roadmap to clients and stakeholders about our products.
Stay updated on trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Drive the implementation and integration of AI capabilities into our product suite, ensuring seamless user experiences and tangible business outcomes.
Draw upon your fintech experience to bring industry insights and domain knowledge into solution development and strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of a minimum 3 years in solution consulting roles, preferably in the financial technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, or predictive analytics.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Experience working in the fintech industry, with a solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans and deliverables.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
