1990 Research Labs is hiring a Research Operations Manager in Bangalore. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in market research - recruitment operations, or fieldwork operations.

About the role

This is a hands-on operations role.
You will own respondent recruitment, fieldwork execution, recruiter and agency coordination, quality checks, cost control, project tracking, documentation, and early escalation of operational risks.

What we are looking for

Experience managing market research recruitment or fieldwork projects.
Ability to manage recruiters, agencies, timelines, quotas, and project quality.
Strong ownership, responsiveness, negotiation, and follow-through.
Disciplined use of trackers, documentation, and repeatable processes.
Ability to solve difficult recruitment and city-level execution problems.
Comfort with AI tools and new-age research, productivity, and collaboration platforms is a strong advantage.
