The Role

We are hiring an Account Manager to own client relationships and drive the internal coordination that turns briefs into output.

You are the single point of contact for the clients you manage and the single point of accountability for the pods assigned to those accounts. That means you are not just maintaining relationships. You are actively managing timelines, flagging blockers, translating client feedback into actionable direction for internal teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the gap between what was promised and what gets delivered.

What You Will Do

Own day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts: updates, feedback loops, escalations, and relationship management
Manage project delivery end-to-end: timelines, internal coordination, review cycles, and final sign-offs
Serve as the bridge between clients and internal creative and production pods, ensuring briefs are understood and deliverables are on track
Translate client feedback clearly and specifically so internal teams can act on it without ambiguity
Relay leadership direction to pods and surface pod-level concerns back to leadership when needed
Maintain a real-time view of each account's status and proactively flag risks before they become problems
Support renewals and account health by ensuring clients consistently feel heard and well-served

Who We Are Looking For

2 to 4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management, preferably in a content, media, or creative agency environment
Strong communicator: clear in writing, confident on calls, and precise when translating between client and creative teams
High ownership and follow-through: you close loops, you do not leave them open
Organised under pressure: comfortable managing multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously
Sharp enough to read a room, a client relationship, and an internal dynamic, and respond to each appropriately
Based in Bengaluru or able to join onsite immediately
