We are looking for a Social Media Intern to lead the organic growth of our Heart Rate Monitor App: PulseCheck. We need a strategist who understands the nuances of subreddits, knows how to spark genuine conversations, and can execute a high-impact UGC (User Generated Content) strategy.

Reddit is our primary launchpad. If you succeed here, you’ll lead our expansion into X (Twitter), Instagram, and then broader community building.

What you will do:

Strategic Seeding: Identify and engage in relevant subreddits/communities (e.g. r/fitness, r/biohacking, r/applewatch, r/running) without looking like a "brand."

UGC Execution: Create or coordinate authentic-feeling content that resonates with the Reddit community.

Community Management: Handle AMAs, respond to feedback, and turn critics into fans.

Trend Spotting: Keep your pulse on health-tech trends to ensure our app is part of the daily conversation.

Analytics: Track impressions, app store visits, and most importantly app downloads originating from social media. Own the funnel end-to-end.

Who You Are

A Reddit Enthusiast: You have a personal account with healthy karma. You know the difference between a shitpost and a high-value contribution.

Health-Conscious: You have an interest in fitness, wellness, or heart health.

Creative Writer: You can write hooks that stop the scroll and comments that add real value.

Platform Literate: You understand Reddit’s unique rules (Reddiquette) and how to navigate individual subreddit wikis/mods.
