Job Responsibilities

Act as the on-ground point of contact (PoC) for operations in the assigned city, addressing and resolving day-to-day challenges.
Bridge the gap between demand and supply by understanding the ride-hailing market and other modes of transportation.
Conduct customer and driver market surveys through calls and on-ground interactions.
Own and execute planned customer branding and marketing activities, ensuring proper implementation and verification.
Show empathy and proactively address driver requirements, concerns, and escalations.
Lead and deliver driver branding initiatives, supply engagement activities, and feedback collection.
Analyze and understand customer segments within targeted city areas.
Perform bi-weekly competitor analysis for customer pricing and driver payouts.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of local city geography and customer behavior.
Proficiency in basic Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in the local language (spoken and written).
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with limited resources and strict deadlines.
