You’ll work directly with the founders across the highest-priority initiatives, combining strategy with high speed on-ground execution at the same time build systems that can sustain scale. This role will demand expert stake-holder management to ensure seamless cross-team execution with a relentless ownership mind to solve things them end-to-end. through the full lifecycle—from defining the problem to shipping solutions to iterating based on results—while building the operating systems and leadership practices that enable a generational company to scale from zero to category-defining impact.
