Query Talent is representing a confidential early-stage AI technology company hiring a Founding Business Operations Lead in San Francisco.

This is a hands-on operating role working directly with founders, customers, and engineering. The role spans customer success, business operations, product, and go-to-market execution.

You will help manage customer engagements, turn customer needs into actionable product work, improve operating cadence, track key business priorities, and support sales and go-to-market efforts.

Strong candidates will typically have 4-8 years of experience across consulting, product, business operations, customer success, technology startups, or similarly fast-paced environments.

Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 base salary plus meaningful early-stage equity. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, meals provided in office, and relocation support where appropriate.
