All of us were founders before joining Meesho and we love hiring people who have a founder mindset.
Build and evolve a content strategy for Alle’s Instagram and other channels, grounded in consumer insights and cultural trends.
Work closely with creators to develop viral content that drives app installs, builds trust, and grows our brand community.
Create briefs for creators that translate business insights and goals into clear, compelling storytelling.
Use data from past performance (CTR, CAC, retention, etc.) to inform new creative directions, especially for paid campaigns.
Criteria
You deeply understand what works (and doesn’t) on social media and can articulate why certain formats go viral.
You’re not necessarily a content creator yourself, but you know how to guide creators to bring powerful ideas to life.
You have experience working at the intersection of business, brand, and content—translating business needs into creative execution.
You understand the Gen-Z mindset and can craft narratives that speak to their world.
