About the role :
We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to take on a cross-functional role focused on scaling our AI-powered debt recovery platform.
You will work on scaling business operations for India's first truly agentic debt recovery solution — a self-driven, intelligent system that empowers users to manage and improve their credit score autonomously.
You'll work at the intersection of data, product, and operations to build strategies that convert overdue users into paying customers.
At Oolka, AI is deeply integrated into the work of our Tech, Product, Design & Business teams. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are excited about scaling our AI product and want to be part of our journey
Our office is in Bangalore & this role cannot be remote
We also work 6 days a week. Saturdays are all about internal team reviews & planning for the upcoming week together as a team
Criteria :
This is an entry level role at Oolka. Non MBAs and UG Freshers are preferred.
This is NOT a Product role, but rather a problem solving role which focuses on solving real world business problems with AI and this role requires you to work on operations too.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL a plus)
Comfortable working on ambiguous problem statements
Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions and some genuine curiosity about fintech
