EngageReel is an AI video-generation product (engagereel.com) built by Flixstock - a profitable 10-year-old AI fashion-tech company at ~$10M ARR. We're hiring for a builder-PM hybrid. You pick up an ambiguous problem, write the PRD and the tech spec, build the MVP in Python with LLMs, then sit with the product head and decide whether it goes to production or gets shelved. Full loop, no handoffs, direct access to leadership.

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite: 5 days)

Comp: ₹15-20 LPA

What we are looking for :

2+ years building software, Python-first
At least one LLM or agent thing you have built and can show - work or personal
Comfort owning a problem end to end: the PRD, the spec, and the Python/LLM MVP
You can explain and debug your own code, including the parts AI wrote
Hands-on builder energy. This is an IC seat, not a management role
