What is this role : longer version

Design isn’t just a function here, it’s the language we build in. Taste sets the bar. From the space between letters, the curve of a corner, the softness of a shadow every detail matters. We’re looking for someone obsessed with UI craft. This role gives you full ownership working closely with founders and devs, shaping things from first sketch to final build.

What You’ll Do?

Product Discovery, Front and Center

Run crisp JTBD interviews, dig for insights, and turn them into flows that make users say “Oh wow.”
You’ll go from raw research, clear strategy,beautiful product direction.

Design That Feels Great to Use

From low-fi wireframes to polished UI, you’ll own the craft.
Micro-copy, motion, interaction details, yes, we care, and you do too.

Shape Our Design System

Maintain a solid system of tokens, patterns, and docs.
You’ll help automate handoff into React/Tailwind so engineers love working with your designs.

Prototype, Test, Iterate, Repeat

Build interactive prototypes in Framer, Origami, or code. Run user tests. Team up with engineers to make it real and refine until it’s truly great.

5. The Cross-Functional Glue

Work hand-in-hand with PMs, engineers, LX leads, and the community.
You connect dots, unblock teammates, and help the team ship value fast.

Hold the Quality Bar

You own the edge cases, empty states, dark mode polish.
Pixel-perfect on both mobile and desktop? That’s your jam.

What We’re Looking For?

3–6 years shipping consumer-grade mobile or web products at scale
A portfolio showing work that moved real metrics (CVR, retention, NPS, anything!)
Systems thinking: IA, accessibility, design debt management
Confidence prototyping in Framer, Origami, or code
Comfortable pairing with engineers; speaks basic HTML/JS
Bonus: Experience with AI-first UX, motion design, or data visualization
