About the Role

We’re looking for a Jr Creative Strategist who breathes content & thinks in hooks
Someone who doesn’t just watch reels but breaks down why the hook worked, why the pacing held attention, and how the idea could perform even better.

You’ll work closely with editors, designers, media buyers, and founders to turn insights into actual creative output — scripts, concepts, formats, and campaigns that move fast and perform.

If you enjoy ideating, scripting, analyzing performance, and building repeatable content systems, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Do

Research trends, audiences, and formats to generate fresh, insight-driven content ideas.
Assist in developing creative strategies for short-form and long-form video content.
Collaborate with editors, designers, and writers to bring campaigns and brand ideas to life.
Write hooks, outlines, and scripts that resonate with the digital audience.
Analyze content performance and help refine strategy based on what works.
Stay on top of social trends, memes, pop culture, and platform updates.
Assist on pre production, shoot & post production to bring the strategy from paper to life

Requirements

Experience in content strategy, creative roles, or marketing (agency/startup preferred).
Strong research, writing, and conceptual thinking skills.
Familiarity with digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with creative teams.

Bonus Points If You

Have experience writing short-form content or social media scripts.
Have worked with or studied creators and viral content formats.
Are familiar with retention metrics, editing flow, and storytelling
Can assist during shoot to bring the scrip to live
