We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will build positive relationships with customers, respond to questions and concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive a high level of service.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and committed to creating a positive customer experience.
Communicate with customers by phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and requests.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve complaints and service issues while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
Assist customers with orders, accounts, billing questions, and general service inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Work with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service.
Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.
Meet established customer-service and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, customer relations, client support, or related experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Professional, patient, and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using computers, email, chat platforms, and online systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
