Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and driven Field Recruiters to support captain (bike taxi rider) acquisition. This is a field-based role focused on sourcing, engaging, and onboarding new captains while expanding the partner network.

Job Responsibilities

Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding formalities
Ensure successful onboarding and first ride activation
Conduct field campaigns and awareness drives
Maintain daily records of sourcing and onboarding activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding operations
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Freshers are welcome to apply
0–2 years of experience in Field Recruitment / Field Sales / Gig Hiring preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills (Tamil mandatory)
Good understanding of local areas and field sourcing
Comfortable working in a field-based role
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
