A Content Researcher supports the creative process by gathering references, insights, hooks, and formats that help shape content. You'll be scanning platforms, listening to audience behavior, and bringing smart inputs to the strategy and writing teams. If you enjoy connecting the dots and love to observe how trends evolve — this one’s for you.

🎯Key Responsibilities

• Spot relevant trends, formats, hooks, and insights.

• Research references, competitors, and case studies.

• Organise findings into Notion templates and trackers.

• Provide idea banks for content teams.

• Assist in shaping creative briefs with strategic inputs.

✅️ Requirements

• Interest in storytelling, culture, and digital content.

• Ability to observe and structure research clearly.

• Comfort using Google Docs, YouTube/Instagram etc.

• Proactive with a curious and detail-first mindset.

• Eagerness to work across different industries and formats.
