What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in Operations, Vendor management, Field training, Team management
Experience in any one of these industries is mandatory — mobile phones (or) electronics retail (or) home services (or) repair (or) consumer marketplaces
You've hired, trained and run teams with strong execution capability and ownership of team's performance and metrics
You enjoy spending time on the field as much as you
Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
High attention to detail (!) and rigour to optimise operational efficiency
Strong communication and coordination skills
Great proficiency in setting up and using tools and apps, on the fly (Sheets, WhatsApp CRM, No-code tools etc)
Startup experience is preferred

Founding Team Role
