Fulfilment & Delivery
Build end-to-end fulfilment processes with partner brands—from order dispatch to doorstep delivery. Ensure timelines are met, returns/exchanges are smooth, and the entire post-order journey feels seamless.
Customer Support & Experience
Set up support from scratch: tools, workflows, and team. Respond to queries and issues with speed and empathy, define clear SLAs, and continuously improve the experience through feedback and metrics.
Operations Systems & Firefighting
Build playbooks that scale, but be ready to jump in when things break. Work closely with product, engineering, and content to fix root causes—not just symptoms.
AI-First Ops Thinking
Design operations for an AI-native company. Leverage LLMs, automation, and internal tools to build lean, tech-enabled systems across fulfilment and support that scale without bloating headcount.

Criteria

4–8 years in e-commerce ops: ideally at a marketplace
Experience setting up ops functions or scaling them in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on with fulfilment, returns, and customer support
Strong operational instinct + openness to rethink how ops works in an AI-native world.
