At ResultFlow.ai, we build AI that helps ecommerce stores convert more of their visitors into customers. Merchants add our JavaScript plugin to their site, and our AI runs experiments and personalises their pages automatically, carrying learnings from one store to the next. Because our product is fundamentally about data and experimentation, product thinking sits right at the heart of what we do.
We are a small, fast-moving, venture-backed team that makes decisions with data and ships quickly. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own product areas and drive the decisions that make our product better.
This is a product ownership role, grounded in data and in a deep feel for how people actually shop. You will lead with product judgment, decide what we should build and why, and back every significant decision with evidence and a real understanding of the customer journey.
You will not stop at "here is what the data says". You will decide what we do about it, make the case, and see it through. This is for someone with strong product instincts, an ownership mindset, and real clarity of thought.
Own a product area and the outcomes it drives, from problem through to shipped and measured.
Decide what to build and why, leading with product thinking and grounding your decisions in evidence rather than opinion.
Live and breathe the customer journey: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty, and use it to find where the real opportunities are.
Use experiments to make product decisions: decide what is worth testing, and interpret results at the level of a decision, is this real, does it matter, what do we do now.
Turn fuzzy goals into clear plans: what we are building, what success looks like, and how we will know.
Prioritise ruthlessly, and communicate your reasoning clearly to both technical and non-technical people.
5 to 7 years in product management, or in a product-adjacent role with a clear move toward owning product outcomes.
A track record of owning a product area and the decisions within it, not just supporting others with analysis.
Real ecommerce fluency. You understand how online stores make money, the shopping funnel, and the metrics that matter: conversion, activation, retention, AOV, and lifetime value.
Product thinking grounded in data. You lead with judgment and back it with evidence, and you are equally uncomfortable with opinion-only decisions and with analysis that never becomes a decision.
An ownership mindset and real clarity. You take something complex and make it simple and actionable, and you drive it to completion.
Comfort with data and the basics of experimentation, enough to reason about whether a result is real and what it means.
You are genuinely obsessed with product. You listen to Lenny's Podcast for fun, and you have a well-worn copy of The Hard Thing About Hard Things.
You think in terms of activation and retention without being asked to.
You have built or started something of your own. Being a former founder is a real plus, and we mean it.
You are data-driven and questioning, hold strong opinions loosely, learn fast, and move with a sense of urgency.
Direct experience with experimentation, personalisation, or growth products.
A background in ecommerce, marketing, or growth.
A working understanding of how AI and LLMs are used in a product.
Our hiring is work-first. If you progress, you will complete a practical task and then discuss it with us in depth, so we can see how you actually think and work. Using AI tools is welcome throughout, as long as you understand and can explain everything you produce.
