We're a 30-person video editing company in Mumbai looking for someone who can own our people ops end-to-end.
You'll handle:
• keeping a steady hiring pipeline running,
• PF/insurance/legal compliance,
• salary & incentive negotiations & disbursals
• office hunting, basic accounting, misc. tasks, events, etc.
• team management, and employee satisfaction
• company PR across social media in co-ordination with social media team
