H2LooP.ai is building next-generation sovereign coding models and context platforms for system engineers across embedded systems, robotics, UAV, avionics, automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial IoT.

Our customers are enterprises operating in highly regulated, infrastructure-controlled environments — defense, aerospace, automotive Tier-1s, and industrial OEMs. They deploy in air-gapped datacenters, private clouds, and on-prem clusters with strict security postures. The platform must be correct, reliable, and shippable on schedule — and it's your job to make that happen.
Program delivery
Own the end-to-end delivery of H2Loop's product and platform roadmap: scope definition, dependency mapping, milestone tracking, and release coordination across engineering, product, and GTM
Translate product strategy and customer commitments into concrete engineering plans with clear owners, timelines, and success criteria
Identify schedule risks early, drive resolution, and keep stakeholders calibrated — no surprises at ship time
Run cross-functional planning cycles (quarterly and sprint-level), ensuring the engineering team is always working on the right things in the right order
Technical depth and coordination
Understand the H2Loop technical stack deeply enough to evaluate feasibility, identify hidden dependencies, and ask the right questions of engineers
Facilitate architecture reviews, design checkpoints, and technical post-mortems — not as a note-taker, but as an active participant who drives decisions and documents outcomes
Track technical debt and integration risk across services; surface trade-offs to leadership before they become blockers
Enterprise customer programs
Act as the program-level point of contact for enterprise customer deployments: coordinate across FDE, platform engineering, and customer IT teams to keep complex, multi-party engagements on track
Manage customer-facing delivery commitments — scope, schedule, escalation paths — and own the communication back to internal teams when customer requirements shift
Build and maintain deployment playbooks, integration timelines, and readiness checklists for enterprise rollouts
Process and tooling
Design and own the team's program management infrastructure: sprint ceremonies, status reporting, dependency tracking, and decision logs
Establish lightweight, high-signal processes — no overhead for its own sake; every process must serve the team, not the other way around
Define and track leading indicators of delivery health; flag drift before it becomes delay
Stakeholder communication
Produce crisp, accurate status updates for founders and leadership — what's on track, what's at risk, what decisions are needed
Maintain a shared source of truth for roadmap state: not a presentation, but a living document the team trusts
6+ years of technical program management at a software company, with at least 2 years in an early-stage or high-growth environment
Track record of shipping complex, multi-team software programs on schedule — you can point to specific programs you owned from kickoff to GA
Strong technical foundation: comfortable reading architecture docs, participating in system design discussions, and independently evaluating whether an engineering estimate is reasonable
Experience managing enterprise customer-facing technical engagements — coordinating across internal engineering and external customer IT teams simultaneously
Fluency with modern software delivery: agile/scrum, continuous delivery, Kubernetes-based platforms, cloud or on-prem infrastructure
Excellent written communication — your status updates, program docs, and decision logs are models of clarity, not walls of text
Experience at an AI/ML or developer tools company — familiarity with LLM deployment cycles, model versioning, or inference infrastructure
Background coordinating deployments in regulated or high-security environments (defense, aerospace, industrial)
Hands-on engineering background (prior SWE or DevOps role) — gives you the credibility and pattern-matching to catch problems before they escalate
Experience with on-prem or air-gapped deployment programs where the customer controls the infrastructure
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITAR considerations) as they affect delivery planning
A coordinator who schedules meetings and relays information between teams. We need someone who understands the technology, drives engineering decisions to closure, manages the real complexity of enterprise deployments, and owns program outcomes — not just the process around them. If you're more comfortable in a spreadsheet than in a system design doc, this isn't the role.
Days 1–30: Immerse in the H2Loop platform — architecture, current roadmap, in-flight programs, and customer commitments. Map every active dependency and risk. Meet every engineer and understand what they're building and what's blocking them.
Days 30–60: Take ownership of one in-flight program or customer engagement end-to-end. Identify gaps in current planning infrastructure and propose fixes. Run your first cross-functional planning cycle with the engineering team.
Days 60–90: Own the quarterly roadmap planning cycle from kickoff to final plan. Deliver a program health report to founders with a clear picture of delivery risk and recommended mitigations.
