Our client is a well-established Series C-funded startup seeking to onboard an HR Business Partner Lead. You will partner closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams, enhance organizational effectiveness, improve workforce productivity, and drive people strategies that directly support business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, while ensuring a strong employee experience and robust people processes across the employee lifecycle

The ideal candidate should have an MBA/PGDM in HR with 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including strong HR Business Partnering exposure. Experience in startups, high-growth, retail, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or technology is preferred, along with expertise in performance management, employee relations, change management, and talent management.

The candidate should be comfortable with HR analytics, workforce planning, HRMS, and partnering with senior business leaders to drive end-to-end people strategies.

Location: Bengaluru

Working Model: 5 days (work from office)
