About H2LooP
H2LooP.ai is building next-generation coding models for system engineers across embedded, automotive, robotics, UAV, avionics, consumer electronics, and industrial IoT. Our core team comes from Google, Toshiba, Cisco, Bosch, Philips, and NXP. We are seed-funded by Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital, and based out of Bangalore.
We’re building domain-specific SLMs and launching a coding assistant purpose-built for real-world system engineering workflows.
About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Developer Advocate who lives and breathes modern AI tooling and can clearly articulate its value to engineers. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, users, and growth—helping shape how engineers discover, evaluate, and adopt H2Loop’s coding assistant.
You’ll report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with founders, product. This role has real upside.
What You’ll Work On
Become a power user of H2Loop’s coding assistant and competing tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
Create sharp demos, walkthroughs, and comparisons for system engineers
Present and demo the product to early users, design partners, and clients (may involve travel)
Collect structured feedback from users and feed it directly into product decisions
Help craft technical content: docs, examples, workflows, onboarding flows
Support pilot deployments and help engineers get real value from the product
Work closely with growth and founders on positioning, messaging, and adoption strategy
🎯 Required Skills
Hands-on user of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
Developed projects in areas such as embedded systems, IoT, device drivers, low-level hardware interaction, or Board Support Packages (BSP). (GitHub portfolio highly recommended).
Strong communication — can explain technical ideas clearly to other engineers
Comfortable learning fast, asking good questions, and operating with ambiguity
A strong interest in the convergence of AI with embedded systems, system engineering, or developer tooling, reflecting the core focus (DNA) of H2Loop.
🌟 Good to Have
Experience with embedded systems, C/C++, Python, RTOS, microcontrollers, or firmware
Experience creating technical content (blogs, videos, docs, tutorials, workshops)
Public GitHub, technical blog, or portfolio of projects
Comfort speaking to new people and running demos

Run a live product walkthrough for a design partner’s engineering team
