The Role

Trading Research is the in-house custodian of the trading domain at Tradl. You'll trade live, research what actually works in Indian markets, build proprietary trading IP, and serve as the voice of the trader across every product decision. Equal parts trader, researcher, and builder — a founding role on the team that defines how Tradl's trading

stack takes shape.

What You'll Own:

Trading research across asset classes (equities, F&O, and commodities) translating market intuition into structured, testable research
Competitive benchmarking of the broker and trading-tool landscape; surfacing the tooling gaps Tradl should close next
Product QA & validation - beta-testing every Tradl feature in live trading conditions and serving as the trader-voice in product reviews
In-house trading as part of the role - your live trading practice feeds directly into Tradl's research and product workflow
Building Tradl's proprietary trading stack - curated screeners, custom indicators, signals, alerts, strategies, backtesting frameworks, and algorithm packs
Community & content stack- co-owning Tradl's trader community as an active admin, driving day-to-day engagement, and producing trading insights, market commentary, and educational content across Tradl's social handles as the in-house trader-voice of the brand

What We're Looking For:

Several years of active trading experience in Indian markets with a documented edge
Demonstrated ability to translate discretionary strategies into systematic, rule-based, or indicator-based form
Strong grasp of risk management - drawdown control, position sizing, risk-reward discipline
Comfort with TradingView (Pine Script a plus), broker APIs, and modern trading-data tools
A builder's mindset - you've shipped indicators, strategies, or tools, not just consumed them
Trader-community DNA: you naturally share, teach, and engage with other serious traders, and you're comfortable putting yourself out there in writing, on video, or live
Intellectual honesty about what works, what doesn't, and why - both in your own trading and in others'

Working Model & Compensation

This is an in-person, full-time role based at Tradl AI's Bangalore office, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team.
The role offers competitive cash compensation plus ESOPs, with the broader structure including scope, capital, and incentives - calibrated to experience and discussed in detail during the offer conversation.
