YAAS! has closed a contract with an ed-tech company. They are launching a tech product for students between 8th to 10th grade to make learning science fun. They want to launch this product with a content-first GTM strategy. You as the Lead Writer will work closely with the Creative Director of the project. Together you will decide the content formats to pitch, the writing, shoot and editing style the channel will be built around. The project will start with 4 long form videos and 10 shorts but the scope could expand over time basis performance. Some of the videos you produce will also have brand integration of the tech product for students. Additionally, you will be involved on hiring talent for this project, or assessing internal talent to be allocated on this IP. 1. The budget for this IP is 2 lakhs. 2. You only have to focus on the writer hiring and evaluation criteria. 3. You have to create a hiring strategy to build a team for this project. As your response, highlight what the writing talent for this project should look like. Detail the lead pools you will tap into to hire this talent. 1. Give list of 5 references profiles via LinkedIn or Instagram who you would get for this project. 2. Define how many senior writer and how many junior writers will you keep on the project and what will their KPIs look like for the first three months. *

Coca-Cola has reached out to YAAS! and wants to do a three month test to build out the brand for Charged - their energy drink product. The audience for Charged is students attempting competitive exams in India as well as the gaming community BECAUSE they want to connect it to the emotion of “making a comeback” They are in competition with Campa - another energy drink. As a Lead Writer, make a pitch document recommending how they can grow the brand on Instagram - Please make a pitch document explaining your ideas for the following - 1. For surrogate pages - - Recommend two ideas basis which you will build a surrogate/ an organic IP on Instagram. A surrogate/ organic IP refers to an Instagram page where we grow the channel without relying heavily on the brand's legacy or established identity. We help the brand be as relatable as a creator which helps humanise the brand without being overtly sales-y 2. For the Charged Instagram brand page - - Recommend ideas for how you will revive the page. Add details on how you will publish content that integrates Charged as a product on the page The pitch shared should define the concept, content formats & first three potential topics. Create a document with your pitch ideas, keeping in mind that there is only a three month time frame to execute this end-to-end. Keep the hiring timelines in mind too. *

Full Disclosure is an internal channel at AEOS. As a Head Writer, you will be mentoring a lot of folks on Youtube scriptwriting across themes. For this part of the assignment, pick a topic related to the theme of navigating/breaking down careers in India. And write the introduction of the video topic as it plays the most important role in retaining the audience. There are 30 writers at YAAS! who write infotainment across long form and short form videos for Youtube and Instagram. In the first three months of your time here, we would like you to run a writer training program that helps the writers do better on visual storytelling, content format thinking, direction and scripting. We produce most work for Youtube and Instagram. Design a learning programme, mention the cadence and how you will breakdown each module to help writers become better at their craft. *
