Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Team Leader to manage field operations, lead FOS and Parcel teams, and support market expansion activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling on-ground teams, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and onboarding of FOS agents through local hiring channels and market outreach activities
Manage daily field operations and ensure smooth team coordination
Drive team performance against KPIs including lead generation, conversions, and productivity targets
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team efficiency
Train and mentor field teams on sales pitching, customer handling, and objection management
Identify new business and market opportunities through competitor analysis and field research
Support execution of BTL activities, merchant acquisition campaigns, and awareness programs
Monitor field activities and maintain operational discipline across teams
Prepare and maintain daily performance reports and trackers

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate preferred
Relevant experience in handling field teams or sales operations
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is an added advantage
