Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into sharp, high-impact visuals. Someone who understands that good design is not just aesthetics, it solves communication problems.

At Dibiz, you’ll work closely with strategists, content teams, and media buyers to create ad creatives, social content, and brand assets that actually perform.

What You’ll Do

Design ad creatives for Meta and other digital platforms
Create social media posts, reels covers, and campaign creatives
Work on brand identity elements, pitch decks, and visual systems
Translate content ideas into clear, scroll-stopping visuals
Collaborate with content and growth teams to execute campaigns

Requirements

0-1 year experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Attention to detail and good design taste

Bonus If You

Know After Effects or motion basics
Have worked on fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
Understand ad creatives and performance-focused design
