🔍We're looking for a Research & Strategy intern (for Podcasts)

This role is for someone who actually enjoys thinking, observing, and connecting dots.

You'll work closely with us on the research and strategy side of podcasts from figuring out who should be on the show, to what's working online, to why certain formats grow and others don't.

This is not a glamorous "on-camera" role.

It's a behind-the-scenes role that directly impacts growth.

🎯What you'll actually be doing?

• Researching potential podcast guests (founders, operators, creators)

• Tracking trends - what's working, what's not, and why

• Studying other podcasts and content formats

• Helping shape episode ideas, themes, and positioning

• Supporting decisions that influence the growth of the podcast over time

A lot of this work is quiet, focused, and sometimes repetitive - but it's also where the real leverage is.

👥Who this is perfect for?

• You communicate clearly and are comfortable in English

• You have good common sense (you don't need constant hand-holding)

• You're okay doing boring work when required - research is not always exciting

• You prefer working from the office and collaborating with people in real time

• You like being part of the process, not just following instructions

• You don't need years of experience.

• Curiosity, discipline, and consistency matter more.
