faff (www.faffit.com) is a young startup from Bangalore helping people get affordable personal assistants to take care of everyday chores. We're founded by Anirudh (IIT Bombay, ex-Facebook AI) and Het (IIT Delhi) both with backgrounds in AI, cognitive systems, and have been building and experimenting with different ideas even before faff.
Job Description
We’re looking for someone obsessive about user experience. We need someone who can constantly monitor the user experience, find flaws, correct them, and then build systems to make sure they are fixed long-term. You’ll work closely with our operations team, assistants, product and founders to ensure every service touchpoint is tight, user-first, and high standard.
Past experience:
User obsession (past experience in the hospitality industry is helpful)
Strong communication skills: You will directly interact with the users and manage a team.
Excellent work ethic.
Ability to multitask and bring structure to an unstructured environment.
0-3 years of work experience.
Job Details:
Position: Quality Manager
Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Salary: Rs 50k (fixed) + Rs 20k (performance based bonus) + Rs 5k (Other perks) per month
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (60+ hrs per week)
Application Process:
Shortlisted candidates from the screening round will be sent a short assignment.
Based on the response, you will get an invite for a 30-minute interview with the founders.
In-person final round with the founders and the team at our office in HSR, Bangalore
