About the Role

We’re looking for a high-hustle Product Manager who’s ready to take on tough, ambiguous problems and drive a product that’s already in motion to its next stage of growth. If you’re hungry, love solving complex product challenges, and want to shape and scale an AI-driven product in the financial advisory space, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with founders and engineering to own product discovery and execution end-to-end.

• Write clear, structured evals, PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Understand user needs deeply, especially around the financial advisory ecosystem.

• Drive feature development across the software development lifecycle — from ideation to rollout.

• Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to design experiments, evaluate models, and improve product quality.

• Track product metrics and ship fast, iterative improvements.

• Operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with high ownership.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in product management or a similar execution-focused role.

• Exposure to machine learning, LLMs, or AI-driven products.

• Strong writing ability — especially in evaluation writing, structured problem statements, and documentation.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with engineering teams.

• High hustle, bias to action, and a founder-style mindset.

• Curiosity about the financial advisory / wealth management industry.

• Someone eager to grow quickly as part of an early team.
