Software Engineer
San Francisco
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale reliable systems that power our product. You’ll work across the development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment—contributing to features that deliver real value to users.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and have ownership over meaningful parts of the product.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems and services
Build and enhance APIs, backend services, and core application logic
Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Work closely with product and design teams to ship high-quality features
Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Go
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Understanding of software development best practices (testing, version control, CI/CD)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with microservices architecture
Exposure to frontend technologies (React, Next.js)
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
