What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day execution of content operations and ensure smooth delivery across teams.
- Work closely with Management to Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes to support scale.
- Own content quality by working closely with the QC team, identifying recurring issues, and driving corrective actions.
- Build strong quality control mechanisms and ensure consistent adherence to content standards.
- Coach, mentor, and manage content executives, interns, and QC associates to improve individual and team performance.
- Track operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and publish daily/weekly performance reports.
- Drive adoption of new workflows, tools, and process improvements across the team.
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams to translate new initiatives into scalable operational workflows.
- Take complete ownership of execution while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in Operations, Content Operations, Content Management, or similar process-driven roles.
Experience managing high-volume operational workflows with strong attention to detail.

Preferred if -

Prior experience in Content Operations, Trust & Safety, Moderation, Content Management, or Marketplace Operations.
Experience building QA/QC frameworks and maintaining quality at scale.
Strong proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and operational reporting.
Experience creating SOPs, documentation, and training material.

What We're Looking For
