Build and ship product features end to end, from idea to launch.
Work closely with founders, design, and users to turn feedback into product decisions.
Prototype quickly, then harden what works into clean, maintainable systems.
Use AI thoughtfully in the product where it improves the user experience.
Own features across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
Improve product quality, speed, and reliability as usage grows.
Write clear code, sensible tests, and practical documentation.
Help define what should be built next, not just how to build it.
Strong product sense and comfort shipping full-stack work.
Experience building and iterating on user-facing software.
Good judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Clear communication and a bias toward action.
