Content Operations Associate

This is a high-ownership junior operational role.

Experience: 0-2 years

Your responsibility is simple:
Ensure our content engine runs smoothly every single day across multiple high-growth pages.

This is not a creative strategy role.

You’ll work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure:

• pages never miss posting

• content pipelines stay organized

• tracking stays updated

• client deliverables go out on time

• operational issues are caught early

What you’ll do

• Publish posts and write/upload captions

• Maintain posting calendars and content banks

• Track views, hits, and page performance

• Coordinate client posts across teams

• Follow up aggressively to prevent delays or breakdowns

• Report operational issues before they become major problems
