Tele caller Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to captains/customers for follow-ups and support
  

• Onboard captains via calling and resolve issues in real time through calls and WhatsApp chat support
  

• Explain ongoing benefits & incentives, and campaigns to captains
  

• Collect feedback and update data in Excel/Google Sheets
  

• Coordinate with the operations team for issue resolution and support
  

• Maintain proper calling records and daily activity updates
  

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English/Hindi
  

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  

• Confident and comfortable speaking over calls
  

• Immediate joiners are preferred
  

Preferred:

• Female candidates preferred
  

• Prior tele-calling or customer support experience will be an added advantage
